Terms and Conditions for NAHEP-IDP Mobile Application
1. Acceptance of Terms:
Add some niBy using the NAHEP-IDP mobile application (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App.ce text here.
2. User Registration:
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it current.
3. Donations:
The App may provide a donation feature to support its activities. All donations are voluntary, and users agree that they are making contributions willingly. NAHEP-IDP reserves the right to use the donations for its operations and initiatives.
4. Learning Management System (LMS):
The LMS feature is designed to facilitate learning and knowledge-sharing. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they share and must respect intellectual property rights. NAHEP-IDP is not responsible for the content shared by users.
5. Knowledge Share:
Users can share knowledge through the App’s platform. By sharing content, users grant NAHEP-IDP a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content.
6. Chat Functionality:
The App may include chat functionality. Users are expected to engage in respectful and lawful communication. NAHEP-IDP reserves the right to monitor and moderate chat content and take appropriate action against violators.
